His Illness Had Left His Mind in a State of Paralysis Due to Uncontrollable Urges

 33 Years Ago Today

Monday 23rd of January 1989
Surrealist artist and first Marqués de Dalí de Pubol Salvador Dalí dies of heart failure at the age of 85 in Teatre-Museu, Figueres, Catalonia, Spain.
Photo courtesy of the artist Régimento Pizzi. A.D. 8/19/1913. This is a very sad, personal and sad story of sorrow. An artist's first wife left him at age 23 and, at age 26 were married. Their relationship ended when she found him in a coma and his death was soon determined as a result of heart failure. His illness had left his mind in a state of paralysis due to uncontrollable urges, and his life was going badly at times. In the end, he died in August of 2011 due to the sudden loss of balance due to his breathing and breathing problems. With his death, his family, friends and colleagues took his body home to Spain where he lived and continued to live long after the death. His art and life were so tragic that he was never seen again. This may be the first time that this artist has left the stage at this point. His death is a sad, personal and sad death for such a talented fellow artist.
