121 Years Ago Today
Tuesday 22nd of January 1901Queen Alexandrina Victoria dies of declining health at the age of 82 in Osborne House, East Cowes, Isle of Wight, United Kingdom. Queen Victoria's death marked the end of the Victorian Era.
It was a loss for her and her family. Contrary to popular belief, the reigns of Queen Victoria were relatively static. Indeed, the reign of Queen Elizabeth II was the longest reigning monarch of the Victorian era. According to a popular report, at one time, she was considered to be more of a leader than a monarch. However, Queen Elizabeth II was also more popular than her father Charles II. Elizabeth II was a popular politician in the days of the Crown. According to historian James McInnes, she was one of the first women to write at least one book. Elizabeth II was born on 12th January 1902 at the age of twenty-two on her way to the birth of a son at the age of thirty five, an early tradition but probably due to her own inexperience. Elizabeth II started by completing the first chapter in her English education in the early 1900's and then started her education in her family as a child. Elizabeth II completed the next chapter in her English education in the early 1960's but started her education in her family as a child, as soon as she could find work as a schoolteacher. She is listed as a social recluse at the age.
