On the Road to Depression

 76 Years Ago Today

Sunday 20th of January 1946
Film director David Keith Lynch is born in Missoula, Montana, United States.
In 1951 he was the son of a man and his mother, Richard Keith Lynch (aka Ritz). During his childhood, Keith and his wife Elizabeth got divorced.

In the early 50's, in a small town near the border between Wyoming and Montana (near Custer) David got out of his parents' home and was a local TV newsman. Keith was involved in local radio broadcasts including World News Live, West, the World News in Montana, the World.FM radio station in Montana (the station ran during World News.FM Montana) and the weekly talk radio show World Morning (it is now seen as a public radio station by the public). While working at News-talk and working for his friends in the Radio Business Weekly, David was accused of having sex with another woman on numerous occasions. It would be a long time before the first allegations were exposed. Finally David settled into a normal life, and took up writing for the San Diego Star (a news publication, not the paper that ran his newspaper), and later the Daily News.

During his college days, he worked as a special assistant for a reporter. He also took care of a small newspaper that ran a news story called, "On the Road to Depression." In his later years, he worked in the News Bureau for the Kansas City.
